How it works
The Agent Builds the COI
The insured is given access to edit ONLY the certificate holder section of the COI. This allows them to update the recipient each time so the Agent doesn't have to. Nothing else can be edited by the insured.
The insured then emails the COI through TruckerCert and sends it to the requestor. The magic is that the COI arrives from the Agent's email through an easy to set up email integration.
